Diversity
The Biathlon Integrity Unit is committed to supporting the IBU in creating an environment that ensures dignity, courtesy, respect and consideration for all, and is free from harassment, bullying and discrimination. For this to happen, there is a requirement for all within the Biathlon family to respect differences, to place value on individual contribution and to have no tolerance of prejudice.
We are all responsible for our Biathlon community, and failure to treat another person with respect may constitute a breach of the Integrity Code (Chapter B: IBU Code of Conduct, Rule 1).
Supporting diversity within Biathlon means supporting a community which includes people of varying gender, age, religion, race, ethnicity, cultural background, sexual orientation, religion, languages, politics, education and abilities.
As stated in the IBU Integrity Code Chapter B: IBU Code of Conduct, Rule 8, participants are obliged to report any knowledge or suspicions of rule violations and cooperate fully with invesigations. If you would like to report a suspected breach of any governance, ethics or integrity regulations or provisions of the Biathlon Integrity Unit, you can complete the form in the link below, email reporting@biathlonintegrity.com or call +43 662 85505016 to leave a confidential message.
Any material reported will be treated in the strictest confidence, and the source of the information will be informed of the progress of the investigation when appropriate.
